VIP service procedure on departure. The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure, due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before departure. Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger must check in for the flight and check in their luggage. After check-in for the flight, the passenger is offered to settle in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the price of service and are paid for by the passenger independently.

Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the aircraft steps in a separate minibus.

applications are accepted until 19:00 on the day preceding the order
applications placed after 19:00 on the day preceding the order are considered urgent
penalty for cancellation of an application or making changes to it less than 4 hours before the scheduled departure/arrival time - 100%
in case of a passenger's no-show for the flight upon departure, or failure to contact a VIP lounge employee upon arrival, the cost of the service is not refundable
changing the date, passenger's last name, flight number in the application is a cancellation of the previous application and placing a new one on the conditions specified above
children under 6 months free
